麻争旗，中国传媒大学国际传播学院教授，国际新闻专业硕士研究生导师。1960年10月生。1988年获北京外国语大学英语语言文学学士学位，1992年获北京广播学院国际新闻方向法学硕士。自1991年以来，为中央电视台“正大剧场”、“国际影院”等栏目翻译电影、电视剧五十多部，电视连续剧、系列片六百余集，其中《失踪之谜》、《居里夫人》双获全国优秀译制片“飞天奖”，并受到李岚清同志的高度称赞。1997年被评为北京市高等学校优秀青年骨干教师。在《现代传播》等刊物发表学术论文二十余篇，其中“翻译 存在 文化 审美” 和“翻译二度编码论—对媒介跨文化传播的思考”获广电总局优秀论文二等奖，“二度编码”一文又获2003全国传播学论坛优秀论文奖。现为广电总局“影视译制研究”科研立项主要负责人，学术专著《影视译制概论》，译著有《媒介事件》、《文化模式与传播方式》、《跨越文化障碍：传播的挑战》等。

Ma Zhengqi, Professor of College of International Communication, CUC, Advisor of graduate students of international press major, was born in October, 1960. In 1988, he received the B.A. of English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University. In 1992, as an international press major, he graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Institution with the Master’s Degree in law. Since 1991, he has dubbed over 50 films and TV series, and more than 600 volumes of TV programs for such items as “CHIA TAI Theater” and “International Cinema” of CCTV. Among those works, Vanishing Act and Madame Curie achieved the National Excellent Dubbed Film of China Flying Apsaras Awards, and also earned highly praise of Li Lanqing, the former Premier of the State Council. In 1997, he was elected an excellent-young-backbone teacher of Beijing colleges and universities. He published over 20 academic articles in Modern Communication and other magazines, among which Translation, Existence, Culture, Appreciation and The Second Encode Theory of Translation— A Thinking of Media Cross-culture Communication won second place excellent thesis of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. Moreover, The Second Encode Theory won the excellent thesis award of National Communication Forum 2003. At present, he is the major leading cadre of “Dubbing Studies of Film and Television” project proposal. He has written an academic book named Scenario Translating and Dubbing. Also, he has translated several books into Chinese, such as Media Events, Intercultural Communication: A Reader, Among Cultures: the Challenge of Communication, etc.
