董小英，光华管理学院副教授，博士，北京大学国家高新技术开发区发展战略研究院副院长，中国信息经济协会副理事长,知识管理研究中心主任，北京大学WTO研究所和北京大学民营经济研究院高级研究员，信息产业部信息资源管理项目专家组成员，教育部CALIS项目专家组成员，曾在美国哈佛大学，美国匹兹堡大学，加拿大加尔顿大学，澳大利亚国立大学，英国Robert Gordon大学，泰国亚洲理工大学参与培训和做访问学者。主持并承担联合国教科文组织、国家“九五”社会科学重大项目和国家社科基金项目。

主要著作有《互联网信息资源的检索、利用与服务》；《网络环境下的信息资源管理与信息服务》；《知识管理的理论与实践》；《信息高速公路与社会发展》，译著包括《知识管理十步走》；《信息战略与信息技术的扩散：欧美及东亚国家和地区的历程》；《开发知识为基础的客户关系》。在国内外专业期刊上发表论文50余篇。主要研究领域为企业信息战略，信息技术与组织变革，知识管理，竞争情报系统，基于Internet的信息管理与信息服务等。曾多次在全国性的优秀CIO大会、国家信息化推进大会、知识管理研讨会上做专业学术报告，曾为三星、爱立信、松下、东芝、西门子、中国移动、通用技术、TCL、华远等公司提供信息化和知识管理方面的培训。

As a visiting scholar, she has studied as visiting fellow at HarvardBusinessSchool, University of Pittsburgh, CarletonUniversity, AustralianNationalUniversity, RobertGordonUniversity and Asian Institute of Technology. She has participated and been in charge of projects supported by UNESCO and National Social Science Foundation of China. She is the author of several books, including Search, Utilize and Service of Information Resources on the World Wide Web, Information Resources Management and Information Service of Web-based Environment, Knowledge Management: Theory and Practice, and Information Superhighway and Social Development. She has published more than 50 articles in Chinese and English in academic journals. Her researches focus on the fields, such as corporate information strategy, information technology and organizational change, knowledge management, competition intelligence system, Internet-based information management and information service, etc. She has presented professional reports on national Excellent CIO Conference, National IT Promotion Conference, and Knowledge Management Proseminar for many times.
